This guy was made with the master of the armoury and some devastator sergeant bits... love it, and unfortunately, still fail to hit anything with this guys bombardment.... every damn game...

Haha I was kind of just kidding... The grass is good, well.. I mean It IS amazing. But like...

The figure itself Is amazing, Actually so is your entire gallery.
It just... Oozes awesomeness..
It oozed all over my floor now I'll be up another half hour scrubbing...

Do you know how hard it is to get Oozed Awesomeness out of carpet??
I'm going to get it done professionally and Im sending you the Bill >:(

I agree with :iconrobopope:. It's a brilliant model and the red is very nice. But little dots of white or fortress grey in the corner of his eyes wouldn't hurt.

Can I ask one question- How did you paint the red? I would like to try something like that on my chapter-master!
Reply
:iconbythedock:
1)Basecoat the model white.
2)1st layer is very slightly thinned mechrite red.
3)wash the armoured areas in badab black.
4) go over the raised planes of the armour with carnage red(a reaper paint, not GW).
5)make hardline edge highlights carefully with blazing orange.
6) cover up any hardline mistakes selectively with carnage red and use the badab black wash very lightly in recesses that you may have spilled into.
7) Now you have a kickass red paintjob, if I do say so myself!

:)
